This ride takes you up over the hills above the village of Ffaldybrenin riding over Blaennant farm. Then we head down into the Twrch valley and up the side of Craig Twrch stopping at the mountain hitching rail for lunch.

The afternoon takes us further down the Sarn Helen Road and into the Clywedog Forestry before we start heading down the mountain and back to Caeiago.
