We start this ride by going up through the Twrch Valley and then ride up the side of Craig Twrch along an old drovers track. We then ride a large loop over the top of the mountains where we get a great view of Llyn Y Gwaith Lake below us on route and we stop for lunch at our mountain hitching rail.

After lunch we ride through Llywedog forestry and then back along the Sarn Helen Roman Road and back down the valley to Caeiago.
